Hello Gingy Lovers! It's that time of year again! Welcome to Day 1 of Gingerbread Sightings 2010. I have searched the globe (ok, the internet) to find you as much gingerbread wonder as possible. LOL! This year is just filled with sugar and spice and everything nice. Here we go.....

STMC25 - Bake up some special memories

Hi Friends! Welcome to the weekend and a Stampendous Saturday Sketch Challenge! It’s my turn this week to provide all you challenge seekers this week’s sketch. Check it out below… I got all fancy and added a bow. LOL! My sketch card stars the brand new Stampendous cling rubber set – Cookie Memories. The sweet girl image reminds me so much of my niece. I imagine one day soon when she is older we will be baking up a storm for the holidays. I must say it was those darling gingerbread cookies that truly captured my heart. I stamped out the image on white cardstock with Memento ink and colored it in with Copic Markers. I also stamped the image on top of the pink patterned paper and popped up the colored image over it at the very end. I hope you like it! I LOVE this set! Gingerbread Sightings 2009

I am back with a new Gingerbread Sightings for 2009. I have been doing some serious hunting and have found some amazing stuff. Hope all my fellow gingy lovers will love these items as much as I do!

1.) Doodlebug Design - Christmas Candy (Oh I can't wait to get this stuff - It has not shipped to retailers yet) Uggh... Doodlebug the wait is killing me! I believe I have died and gone to Gingerbread Heaven when I saw this line.



2.) American Crafts - Merry Mint I think my heart skipped a beat when I saw the stamp set! LOOOOOOOOVE it!!! I have hoarded tons of this paper already ... heeheehee!




3.) Elle's Studio - Holiday Circle Tags & Gingerbread Dress-Up Stamp Set Ok I am going to have some crazy fun with this set. I am making my niece a special Gingerbread Paper Dolls Kit with this set for Christmas. Shhhh.... it's a secret, but I will share the final project with you later this month.



4.) Two Scoops Rice Designs - Holiday 09 Gingerbread Set You can give me Two Scoops of Gingerbread Anytime!!! This should be heading my way in the next couple of weeks.


5.) Our Craft Lounge - Gingerbread Fun Wow! I am gonna have some Gingerbread Fun with this cute set. It's packed with images.

Moxie Fab Stamping Challenge!

Hi ya! It's Sunday & I am still stamping. Just love this new Merry Mint collection by American Crafts. It's my fav - Gingerbread! Woo Hoo! I still have some more gingerbread stuff coming. I made this card for the Moxie Fab World Stamping Challenge. I really loved the paper so much I only stamped the sentiments. Stamping only the sentiments was a real stretch for me. The center of the card reminded me of one of my favorite Christmas cookie platters. This was a fun card to make, since it was simple. You're Sweet!

Hi There! It's Wednesday and half way to the weekend!!!! I am posting my latest obsession, My Cute Stamps. Now you know I love everything CUTE, so these stamps are perfect for me. They are all super cute and I love them all! I paired up the Sweet Kawaii set with some Doodlebug Design Patterned paper. So matchy matchy! LOL! Have you all seen the new Doodlebug Christmas Paper coming out? I just got one word for you - GINGERBREAD!!!! Taylor has a little sneak peak from her trip to CHA. I about fell of my chair and don't get my started on the MerryMint collection coming out from American Crafts. It's gingerbread galore!!! Yippee!! Gingerbread Sighting #2

Happy December! I can't believe it's here, but I am excited! Lots and lots of gingerbread will be found! I became addicted to digital scrapbooking about 9 months ago and just love it! I especially love making hybrid projects. My favorite digital designer is Nancy Kubo and I just love all her cute and cheery designs. I was hoping she would come out with gingerbread graphics for Christmas and did she deliver! First she came out with the cutest graphics and then followed it up with the sweetest little tags using the same graphics. I had to get them both. Huge Fan! Be sure to check out her blog too. Be back soon with some more gingerbread goodies!

Gingerbread Sighting!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the incredible Gingerbread line Martha Stewart has out at Michaels. All of the items are so cute! Here's a picture of some of the items I bought. I want it ALL! You know if you don't get it now, it won't be there later. I have learned this lesson too many times, so I had to pick up the key items. The Gingerbread stamp set and Gingerbread border punch were must have items. I also fell in love with the new dot scallop punch. I will be making some swap bags with this set, so I will be back tomorrow to show you what I came with using these items. As you know, Christmas is rapidly approaching so I will be doing several of these Gingerbread Sightings for all my fellow Gingerbread lovers. Let me know if you have any sightings of your own. Sweet Holiday Wishes!

Happy Saturday! This week has just been dragging for me. So I was so excited to wake up this morning and have some fun time! Here's a photo of one of this year's Christmas cards. I just love Amuse stamps, so I was so excited when I came across this adorable gingerbread guy. He is too cute! I also had my eye on the twin cupcakes and sweet holiday wishes stamps for awhile. I am also happy to get back to blogging. I was having some issues posting and it was taking me way to long to arrange my photos, so I sought some professional advice"wink". I would like to send a huge thank you to Taylor for her wonderful blogger advice. This post has been a breeze and I am so delighted. First Day!

Happy Saturday! Well today is a day of firsts for me. I am finally able to post my first card on my blog and in my SCS Gallery. I have also joined in on some SCS swaps for the first time as well. It's a big day for me, as I am feeling quite shy about it. I will have to overcome that, but I hope you all enjoy my first card. The theme of course had to be gingerbread!
