Happy Friday! Here's my card for Taylor's Cupcake Challenge #57. I have had this Penny Black stamp for awhile and really wanted to use it. So as I was coloring I realized that Taylor's Tiny Twinkles would be perfect for the flower center. I really love the sparkle. I also got to use my new dotted scallop edge punch. It punches out this petite border. So dainty! Hope you like it and have a wonderful weekend!
